About
Hi, I’m a software engineer at Isode, a long-time developer of messaging and directory stuff on Solaris.
I’ve been away using Linux for quite a few years now, and have recently come back to Solaris 10 on x86. This blog is about me rediscovering Solaris, and discovering the OpenSolaris community. And well, giving the OpenSolaris folks a little more publicity.

Hey,
Do you know if the Solaris community are going to port Itunes to Solaris 10 ?
It would make my day, and I wouldn’t have to buy a new MP3 player

There’s nothing for the Solaris community to port, as the iTunes code is proprietary to Apple.
They’re pretty unlikely to bother porting iTunes to Linux (too small a market share) and so really unlikely to port to Solaris
